As we enter the final term of the 2025 academic year, Term Four is a time of reflection, celebration, and preparation.

Term Four focusses on:

  • Completing the academic year with focus and pride, ensuring every student finishes strong.
  • Preparing for 2026, laying the groundwork for new opportunities and goals.
  • Welcoming new students and families at our transition days, helping them feel connected and confident as they begin their journey with us.
  • Farewelling our Year Twelves, acknowledging their contributions and celebrating their transition into life beyond school.

Booklists for 2026

VCE
Please refer to correspondence sent via email on September 19 regarding the process and timely ordering of textbooks for students studying VCE in 2026. If you place your order by Sunday October 5, 2025, Box of Books will deliver the books in time for the Head Start program.

Ideally, students will have their textbooks for the Head Start program, however, due to printing restrictions from publishers, some books may not be available. Any orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Head Start.

Year Six to Ten


Years Six to Ten students will be able to place their orders from the end of October. These will need to be finalised by Sunday December 7, 2025, to ensure delivery in time for the new school year.

Second-hand Uniform Items

In preparation for the transition period to our new uniform items, the uniform shop will not be accepting second-hand items to sell. Existing second-hand stock will be available to purchase form the Uniform Shop until November 28, 2025.

FUSION Arts and Technology Exhibition

Begins in Week Two with the celebration evening occurring on Wednesday October 15 between 5.00 and 8.00pm. Please support the incredible talent we have at CCW and celebrate their achievements and creations.

Year Six to Eleven Parent Teacher Interviews

Parent Teacher Interviews will be held on Tuesday October 14 in the VCE Resource Centre and Senior School buildings or Online via Teams.

Interview bookings are to be made through EDVAL Interviews, an online booking. These details were sent via email on September 19 from EDVAL with the sender's name being Cathedral College Wangaratta.
