At Cathedral College, we aim to inspire a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence.

Our aim is to develop in each student a confident, positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude to life by offering opportunities for spiritual, moral, cultural, intellectual and physical development.

Attention is paid to engaging students in their learning whether through interest or challenge. Students are exposed to the opportunities to think critically, think on their feet, persist intelligently with difficult things and to seek and value feedback. The academic care of every student is the highest priority, and our staff are committed to ensuring the most effective learning environment for all students.

As a Prep to Year Twelve school, we are able to provide a sequential and progressive curriculum that is tailored to each stage of learning in our Junior, Middle and Senior sub schools.

By knowing our students, we can build on their skills and develop important steps at each stage of their education, monitoring closely their individual successes and offering a broad and differentiated curriculum from their first lesson in the Junior School to their last lesson in the Senior School.
