What does the P&F Association do and how do you join?
All parents and carers are welcome to join us at the College's upcoming AGM. The P&F Committee is an integral part of The College’s culture and community spirit, and a welcoming and supportive body for new and existing parents.
They look forward to 2024 and the new opportunities it will bring, and they are keen to explore ways to bring our community together.
The P & F AGM will be held Tuesday, October 3, at 6.30 pm in the Boardroom and will be followed by a regular meeting.

How is the P&F structured?
The P&F has a committee which comprises of the following members:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Four 'Ordinary' members.
These positions are a two-year tenure, and for 2024 the following positions are to be elected:
President
Treasurer
2 x Ordinary Members
No previous experience is necessary, and it is a wonderful way to contribute to our school and meet people.
Can I attend a meeting if I am not on the general committee?
Yes! Members of the College community are invited to be 'general' members of the association, which essentially means they are not on the 'official' committee, but regularly attend meetings and are part of the P&F Association for 2024.
How often and where do the P&F meet?
The P&F meet on the first Tuesday of the month in the Chapel Vestry (meeting room). Meeting times are generally at 7.00pm.
What sort of things do the P& F do?
The P&F Association's primary goal is to provide opportunities for parents and carers to be involved in life at school, bring the parent community together and supporting initiatives and programs. For example, this year, the P&F have hosted coffee mornings, organised social events, supported the organisation of the Winter Ball and Trivia Night, supported the College's subscription of School TV, organised the Mother's and Father's Day Stalls and more. Ideas for next year include a College Fair and Ladies' Lunch.
What if I can't commit to P&F but would like to be able to volunteer occasionally?
If you would like to put your name down to be contacted when a volunteering opportunity arises, for example, wrapping presents, helping at a BBQ etc, please also register your interest below.
